Welcome to the HKCS registration page Demonstration!

In years 2010-2014 of the CPPS grant, funded counties will be conducting the Healthy Kids Colorado Survey (HKCS) as a part of their grant requirements. During all four years, counties will participate in the HKCS based on a county level sample. The CPPS county sample is used to inform needs assessment and strategic planning, as well as to monitor progress towards CPPS goals and benchmarks.

In 2011 and 2013, CPPS-funded counties will be asked to participate in both the CPPS county sample and the HKCS state sample. Weighted data as a result of the state sample will also monitor progress towards CPPS goals and benchmarks, as well as meet the needs of various other initiatives.

Thank you for your participation!

Please note: In order to receive a school-level report, schools must do a full census, which involves surveying all students, not just those in selected classrooms.
