ATR Year Two Message:

 
Thank you for participating in the Access to Recovery Grant!  The second year of the grant began on October 1, 2011.  For year two of the grant, the emphasis on expanding Recovery Support Services in Colorado will continue.
 
*New eligible ATR clients in Denver (and the surrounding areas), Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and along the I-25 corridor to the Wyoming border (including Greeley) will be eligible for Recovery Support Services only.  Treatment vouchers will not be offered in these regions. For all other areas, two-hundred (200) treatment slots will be available through September 30, 2012.
 
*Supportive Housing will continue to be limited to two (2) months.

You can download a copy of the recovery support referral form by clicking on the document titled 'ATR Client Referral Form' on either the 'Provider' or 'Client' tab of this website.

  • If you have questions regarding ATR and/or its services.
  • If you have changes that need to be made to existing services.
  • If you would like to hear about any new services.
  • If you have any changes to your contact information.
  • If you would like to receive your $20 gift card upon completion of your follow-up phone survey. (Clients are not required to be engaged in services to receive their gift card. Please call to find out when your eligibility date is.)
